Let’s get together soon to raise a glass of Texas whiskey.
See our full calendar for specific information you don't want to miss.
Herman Marshall is an independently owned Texas whiskey distillery founded in 2010 by Master Distiller Herman Beckley and his business partner Marshall Louis. The name comes from their first names (here’s the story). When it opened in Garland, it was the first legal distillery in Dallas County since Prohibition. Today the Herman Marshall tasting room at 121 N. Ballard Ave. in historic downtown Wylie, TX pours our straight bourbon, straight rye, single malt, Generation Gin and Dry County vodka, alongside seasonal and classic cocktails, with weekly trivia, poker, bingo and live music.
Our tasting room is at 121 N. Ballard Ave. in historic downtown Wylie, TX, a short drive from Plano, Sachse, Murphy, Rockwall, Lavon and Lucas.
Small-batch straight bourbon, straight rye and single malt, plus single barrel, bottled-in-bond and cask strength releases. We also make Dry County American Whiskey, Dry County Texas Vodka and Generation Gin. New to whiskey? Start with Bourbon vs. Rye vs. Single Malt.
Bottles are sold at the tasting room, or you can order online and pick up at the tasting room. Texas law doesn’t allow us to ship bottles within Texas, and sales are limited to four bottles per person per month. You can also find our whiskey at the stores on our Where to Buy page.
